Personally, I believe an orgasm is a very beautiful thing. Not only does it satisfy your physical wants and desires, but it also frees your mind. As you asked earlier, yes your body does slightly convulse and your muscles (mostly *those* muscles) do tighten. Now, I'm not exactly sure what it feels like for a guy, mainly because I'm not a guy, but I'd bet the feeling is somewhat similar, no? You also asked me if orgasms were easy to fake. I say yes.
